We paid 20USD/person + fee. Our only neighbors were just a group of homeless people so we stayed in car.
Thus, I cant recommend this camp as we didn't feel very safe ...

Our tour bus around the island brung us here. We spent about 20 minutes here and it was beautiful. Theres we're lots of sea turtles, the black sand is perfect and different from any normal beach appearance, and they have a pond full of lilies! That was my first time ever seeing a pond like that! You'll definitely want to take pictures here, if you have a professional camera, then bring it!
I booked 6 nights, $120, for Punalu'u Black Sand Beach camp in memorial holiday 2017. it is not a place for camping, do not feel safe! In the end, I camped in the Volcano National Park. wasted $120.
